Our most popular plan. Choosing this option will ensure a green and healthy yard year after year.
Pre-Emergent Dry Fertilizer
Pre-Emergent is a vital step in your yards health. Usually applied when the soil temperature is between 40-50 degrees. This step will provide nutrients to your soil and assist your plants in coming out of hibernation. It will also prevent any new weeds from germinating.
Pre-Emergent Dry Fertilizer
Pre-Emergent + Dry Fertilizer is applied 24-32 days after step 1. This is the second half of the pre-emergent application, but equally as important to add nutrients to the soil to prepare for the heat. It also prolongs the weed coverage into the summer
Grub Control Dry Fertilizer
Applied in mid summer, this application works on 2 levels. It will kill any indigenous pests in your yard, also provides nutrients needed to sustain a healthy yard all summer.
Broadleaf Herbicide for post emergent weeds. Dandelions; unfortunately, are difficult to keep at bay. With that being said, keeping your yard full and healthy is the best way to avoid those ugly yellow weeds. Applying step 4 will help insure a strong healthy stand of grass.
Prepay discount if payed by March 1st of the application year.
Everything in the 4 Step Plan as well as :
Micronutrient Fertilizer
The Micronutrient fertilizer is vital in greening up your yard after the heat of the summer. Applying this high iron application will green your outdoor space back up for the fall season.

Everything included in Step 5 as well as:
Winterizer
Winterizer application will help the yard regain color in the spring, but does depend on the weather. The more snow in the winter the more affective this application will be.

A one time spray is included in this package right before the first hard freeze to kill clover/ ground ivy / creeping Charlie / hen bit for the next year. Step 7's results will not show up the year you apply, but rather the following year.

Due to these worms not being native to our area, there is no reason to pre treat. If we notice this pest in our area we will be glad to treat it for you!
Due to fungus being a perennial issue, there is no reason to pre pay for fungicide. This is also an application that will be applied on request.
